Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. International shipping available upon request via email. When checking out, please ensure shipping address is full and accurate. Ensure the correct home, unit, or apartment number, as well as postcode and all other information requested. Belluna Beads will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or missing information. After shipping, Belluna Beads will not be responsible for the package or damages. If any issues occur, please email bellunabeads@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping company and do our best to come to a solution. Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges.
Refunds
All sales are final. You may email bellunabeads@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing an order to cancel and receive a refund. There will be a small processing fee. After this time, there are no cancellations or refunds, as materials will be ordered. For custom orders, the deposit is non-refundable after the price and materials have been confirmed via email.
Belluna Beads are not responsible for any damages in the buyer’s care. If you have any issues, please email bellunabeads@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help. If your item is defective, the wrong size or product, please email us ASAP to resolve the issue.
Prices
All listed prices are final. When ordering a custom, feel free to include a budget, and we can create on a piece that works for you, whether that is a simpler or more extravagant style.
